You’ve come to the right place. At L&L Automotive & Performance, we specialize in custom-built roll cages that meet or exceed all Formula Drift Pro regulations. Located conveniently in Grand Bay, Alabama, our fabrication shop delivers top-tier craftsmanship and safety for drift, race, and performance applications.
Our cages are engineered for 360-degree driver protection, designed to contour tightly to each vehicle and maximize interior space for the driver. Every cage is carefully TIG welded throughout, no shortcuts, no compromises. We only use high-quality U.S.- or German-made materials, including seamless SAE 1020/1025 mild steel, DOM, or Chromoly tubing never imported or substandard tubing from China or Taiwan.
We typically use 1.5” x .095” DOM/Chromoly tubing, and we offer several customization options, including door bar configurations, dimple die gussets, and other performance-focused enhancements.

At L&L Automotive & Performance, we specialize in NHRA-spec roll cages and roll bars built specifically for your car with your input and fabricated to meet or exceed all NHRA drag racing safety standards.
Every cage is custom-designed to fit both the car and the driver, with a tight build that maximizes interior space and ensures optimal protection.
All cages are fully TIG welded for strength, precision, and durability no exceptions.
We use only the highest-quality materials sourced from the USA or Germany. No cheap or unreliable imported tubing is ever used. Choose from mild steel DOM tubing or upgrade to 4130 Chromoly the premium choice for drag racing thanks to its high strength-to-weight ratio. NHRA rules allow thinner walls with Chromoly, giving racers the safety they need without the added weight.
We offer a wide range of customization options, including parachute mounts, dimple die gussets, and more whether you need a simple 6-point bar or a full cage setup.
At L&L, we only install components we’d trust in our own race cars. If it doesn’t meet our personal standards, it doesn’t go in your vehicle.
